Contact Us

Dear Family,

We were so sorry to learn of the untimely death of your dear child. Your sorrow and sense of loss are well understood by the many families associated with our Foundation. We do hope that the support of family and friends is helping you through these days of mourning and disbelief. We would like to send you some literature that will help answer some of your questions about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) or Other Infant Deaths(OID)and, we hope, will be of some comfort to you and your family.

In our experience we have learned that many families whose child has died unexpectantly and unexplained find it helpful and comforting to speak with another parent who has also survived this same tragedy. Should this be of interest to you, please contact us at the National Office at the above telephone numbers to make arrangements for our peer support service. It is CFSID privacy policy that our parent volunteers do not directly solicit bereaved families in order to offer emotional support. Contact is initiated by the family member or by a third party on their behalf.
