Dr. Russell is a general surgical pathologist with clinical subspecialty interests in gynecologic pathology, perinatal autopsy, ocular pathology and genitourinary disease. She participates enthusiastically in the teaching of medical students and residents in several programs. Current collaborative research efforts are in the areas of HPV testing, a prostate cancer prevention trial, and the PolyomX Research Tissue Bank.
