Guenther Krueger is completing a PhD looking at psychosocial aspects of SIDS at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. Guenther is particularly interested in how families cope following SIDS, how online services are being used, and how professionals deal with issues surrounding this event.

Guenther presently is a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency, Canadian Science Writers Association and Periodical Writers Association of Canada.

He is a freelance writer and journalist.
